The Wildfire features a 3.2-inch screen that has pixels 320x480 spread across the display. This makes a difference to its sharpness, with LCD technology producing well saturated colors and good brightness and contrast levels, making outdoor viewing manageable in all but the brightest conditions.

There are no physical buttons on the front of the phone, with only four capacitive touch-buttons. The buttons include the standard Android Home, Menu, Back and Search options. They are responsive and HTC has put in a little vibration feedback to reassure you that you hit the right spot!
