Now you can put a full HD in your pocket! Panasonic has launched the LUMIX-DMC FX 700 compact camera that features a F2.2 LEICA SUMMICRON 24mm super-wide lens, 14.1MP MOS sensor, and the newest Venus Engine FHD image processing that enables Full HD video capturing.
Inside the box you’ll find a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX700 Digital Camera, a battery pack, a battery charger, a data cable (USB), an AV cable, a hand strap, a CD-ROM, a user's guide and a stylus pen.
Not to mention its stylish black metallic design, the LUMIX FX700’s biggest feature that makes it stand out is the Venus Engine FHD, which supports 1920 x 1080 full HD video in AVCHD format. Besides, the ultra-fast speed of CMOS sensor makes it eligible to capture up to 10 fps in a go.
Another stunning feature of FX 700 is the LCD. It is a 3-inch 230k dot touchscreen. You may have already realized this when you notice the stylus pen in the unboxing content. With the touchscreen, you can just make a tip on it for focus when you take photos.
The rear button design is neat. There are only the Capture/Playback switch and two buttons for Mode and Menu.
As a compact cam that features HD video capturing, a Video button is of course a must. This can be found beside the shutter button on the top of the camera. You can now easily capture videos by only one click.
The top button arrangement is also neatly designed for easy and convenient use.
A powerful lens is also emerged in FX 700. The LEICA DC-VARIO SUMMICRON lens has a 5x optical zoom (24-120mm in 35mm equiv). No matter in whatever light conditions, FX 700 can give the best performance.
As HD video feature is becoming more and more important and desirable for photo enthusiasts, Panasonic LUMIX-DMC FX 700 is definitely a good choice in the market for its superb lens performance, convenient video shooting function and trendy touch LCD display.
